Pros
Your coworkers are great, like a family Mediocre insurance
Cons
Management, they couldn't care less about their employees. No positive recognition, only negative Pay, they'll tell you how little they're going to pay you then try to spin it positive like "but you can work all the overtime you want!!" You shouldn't have to work the kind of hours it would take to make ends meet while being responsible for others lives Hours, you're going to have to work long hours. You'll get sent in to dangerous situations. Either some of the dispatchers aren't trained well or they just don't care. Apply for dispatch because they get paid better and you'll be safer. Equipment is old Some of the trucks don't have working AC No incentives, before Haynes bought Care out we'd get call in pay to work extra shifts. Other companies give incentives to work weekends. You get low pay here and none of that.
