      Pros

      The rates of pay are high and when overtime is available you will earn well in excess of £30,000 per annum

      Cons

      The pay is high, which attracts vultures, nasty environment to work in. I have never come across so many back stabbers in one Factory. Would not recommend my worst enemy to work here. GIVE THEM A VERY WIDE BERTH

      This person has placed an entry on the wrong company. Hayley Group Plc are distributors of engineering components, we do not employ CNC Machine Operators.
