Good work life balance because of remote work and Unlimited PTO which can be considered a con for some people.

The medical deductible is excessively high, making it unaffordable for most employees. Career development opportunities are limited, with many employees remaining in the same position for years without the prospect of promotion. The salary structure is inequitable, particularly for those not in upper management roles. Human Resources is largely disengaged and unresponsive to employee concerns. The company lacks diversity, and there is little to no room for new ideas or innovation. Upper management fosters a toxic work environment, and their behavior is often unchecked due to employees' fear of retaliation from the HR team specifically from the HRBPs who are extremely rude to employees and unapproachable. Job security is unstable, with frequent layoffs that appear to be unrelated to individual performance. Overall, I do not recommend this company, as the work environment is difficult, and employees are often overworked and undervalued.
