- I have never seen a company fire people so quickly as Hayden Homes does. It is very obvious that they don't care about the employees. - Do not try to think for yourself at Hayden. They don't listen to any feedback from employees. They are very set in their ways. - They do absolutely nothing to develop employees. There is a VERY limited opportunity for growth. - If you want to get anywhere, you have to play politics BIG TIME. - Leadership is out of touch with the people in the field. - Everything is outdated, from processes to design features of the homes. - The job can be incredibly stressful at times and if you struggle with anything, their answer is to tell you to figure it out for yourself, or they fire you.
