      Pros

      Like any place, the people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      Lots of command and control which did not fix the problems of lack of vision in IT. Saying "just get it done" without any support from management does not work.

      Management not proactive on training after they pay for your bachelor's degree if you work on floor.
