Everyone at Hawks is very nice and welcoming. They are always willing to help when needed.

I have not found any cons to working here.

-Well respected company with a proven track record in the community. -Friendly and team oriented employees. -Knowledgeable and skilled staff help with working through a wide variety of projects. -Flexible and easy to work with management. -Plenty of work to keep you busy, but still allowed to have a work/life balance. -Communication is pretty good and everyone is open to discussing and resolving issues. -Plenty of opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding project. -Lots of room for growth.

-Equipment is old or in limited quantity causing project delays and disgruntled production staff. -Communication with some employees is confusing at first. -Maintenance and seasonal program is not as robust as it could be. -Benefits package could be better.
