Good pay, colleagues are great and very helpful

Provided no training even when coming from a different industry, which is very difficult when dealing with 1,000's of chemicals. Some managers aren't transparent with KPIs or expectations as well as minimal support from them. This is really dependent on the area of the country and what region you have. There are some really great regional managers in other areas of the country, and I unfortunately was not in one of those regions.
