      Pros

      The option to be able to work from home is immensely rewarding. I still appreciate the comradery and corroboration I get from coming into the office, but knowing that if I have to be at home for family reasons or weather issues, is definitely a weight off my shoulders. The salary was very competitive for the market. I was happy with the options they gave me with PTO and salary. The hiring process went very smoothly.

      Cons

      I've only been with Hawkins for 6 Months, but so far, compared to my previous job, I have no complaints!

      Pros

      Good pay, colleagues are great and very helpful

      Cons

      Provided no training even when coming from a different industry, which is very difficult when dealing with 1,000's of chemicals. Some managers aren't transparent with KPIs or expectations as well as minimal support from them. This is really dependent on the area of the country and what region you have. There are some really great regional managers in other areas of the country, and I unfortunately was not in one of those regions.
