      Pros

      Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations, protecting the environment and taking care of employees. Great teams, flexibility and competitive wages. Technology and IT support (internal and external facing) significantly better than what I have experienced at other companies. Hawkins cares about doing what is right. Beautiful HQ building, great break room, and lots of thoughtful services for employees.

      Cons

      Construction causes congestion near the HQ location in summer.

      Pros

      Good pay, colleagues are great and very helpful

      Cons

      Provided no training even when coming from a different industry, which is very difficult when dealing with 1,000's of chemicals. Some managers aren't transparent with KPIs or expectations as well as minimal support from them. This is really dependent on the area of the country and what region you have. There are some really great regional managers in other areas of the country, and I unfortunately was not in one of those regions.
