Fun when busy otherwise fairly dull - Key Holder Hawkin's Bazaar Employee Review

I enjoy working with people and because of the nature of the shop, I tend to work with many children which I like. I also get to meet people from all over the world which is very interesting and I demonstrate many gadgets and toys which is fun.

The hours and pay are not enough to sustain me, and because I have two chronic conditions, working very long hours every day in a setting where I am constantly standing is problematic.

Some decent colleagues and can be fun occasionally if you have a fun manager. Not much to say just have to fill this section

Couldn't care less about their staff Terrible pay Over hire and give nearly no hours Don't listen to staff If you question how something is done or disagree with management even for safety concerns you will be punished by hours being cut Stupid kpis that involve you asking for charity even if you don't feel comfotable doing it Made to sell faulty products that the company knows have faults but would you have to pretend you have never seen a faulty one even though there is 20 out back that have been returned. Management don't trust their staff. Always spying on them.
