Pros
Company has a large reach within the Australian Aerospace Industry, therefore great to get good exposure to a lot of different experiences. The staff and management are very easy people to get along with. They company encourages its staff to be involved with courses to expand their skill set.
Cons
The salary would be below, but close, to the industry average for the role. Workload can be constantly high due to a culture of not saying 'no' to customers requests, resulting in a lot of extra hours and weekends lost (which are compensated with leave in lieu).
