I've worked at a few agencies throughout my career, and Hawke has been the best experience by far. The biggest difference is the people. Everyone is genuinely willing to help, collaborate, and celebrate each other's wins. It makes coming to work enjoyable instead of stressful. The leadership team trusts you to own your accounts while still being available when you need support. Instead of feeling like you're constantly being watched or second guessed, managers provide feedback that helps you grow and become better at your job. I've learned more here because I'm encouraged to think strategically and take ownership rather than just follow instructions. The culture is another huge plus. People are approachable, supportive, and invested in each other's success. It feels like a team where your work is recognized and your contributions matter. Overall, it's a place where I've felt valued, challenged in a good way, and given opportunities to continue developing my career.

Agency life is naturally fast-paced, so priorities can shift quickly and there are times when multiple client requests come in at once. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, it's easy to adapt, but staying organized is important.

I really enjoy working at Hawke. The company is fast-paced and continuously evolving, which creates a lot of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. I've been trusted with meaningful responsibilities and given the opportunity to take ownership of my work, which has helped me develop new skills and gain valuable experience very quickly! One of my favorite parts of working at Hawke is the people. I work with many different departments, and I've found that employees across the company genuinely care about producing great work. There is a strong work ethic and sense of ownership throughout the organization, and people take pride in what they do while continuously looking for ways to improve and contribute to the company's success. My manager is supportive, my teammates are great to work with, and I appreciate being part of a collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, take initiative, and make an impact. Unlimited PTO is also a huge plus!!

While I enjoy the fast-paced environment, I recognize it may not be the right fit for everyone. Those who are self-starters, enjoy taking initiative, and are motivated to grow professionally thrive at Hawke!
