      It's a start-up so it's busy and there's a lot to do, but the work is interesting and the company culture is great.

      Sometimes a bit chaotic because it's a start-up, but not so much that it's unmanageable.

      Pros

      An excellent internship program that introduces you to a wealth of disciplines and engineering department functions. Prior to my onboarding, the CEO, John Serafini, called me to welcome me the team. This phone call was both a pleasant surprise, and conversation,

      Cons

      As it was the inaugural internship program year, the onboarding process was slow but I believe it has since improved. Unfortunately, this process cut into the internship time and the transition between different departments.
