Pros
Hawk is a fantastic company to work for in my opinion, senior management is efficient and compassionate and coworkers are all friendly and easy to work with. My progression is fully supported and management genuinely have my best interests at heart. The 'Hawk image' is one that is taken very seriously in this company, which personally i love - but could maybe could conflict with others. Your ideas are always taken into account, and will actually be listened to and worked on. Hawk is fast paced and ever growing, again i love this, but others may struggle to keep up. Pay is fantastic and my commute is ideal. The induction process and review process here is excellent and thorougher, the induction really gives you a feel for the company and training in all sectors of the company, and you are reviewed after the first week, 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months - this is great because i can keep track of where i am, my progress and what i need to do differently. HR is great and informative, but also sensitive, caring and confidential when needed. All technology is fantastic and up to date also.

Personally found this one quite hard, i guess the only thing i would have to say is that if you need to feedback something to coworkers on a company wide scale - feedback tends to fall on deaf ears, not maliciously though....
