We like to address constructive feedback open and honestly. We pride ourselves on having an open door policy where any gripes, concerns or feedback can be addressed at any time. We listen to the individual and collective voices of our people, whereby employee surveys, ongoing constructive feedback and exit interviews are always used as a learning mechanism in which to grow and develop. 75% of all leavers in the last 3 years have completed an exit interview and 97% of our current employees would recommend Hawk Training as a good place to work.

Pros

Lovely office space, great office staff, decent location. If you’re looking for stability it’s a very easy place to settle into

Cons

Fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, which can make long-term planning challenging. Roles can grow quickly as the business scales, sometimes without immediate updates to structure or resourcing. This suits people who enjoy ambiguity, but may feel demanding for those who prefer clearly defined frameworks.
