      Pros

      Very flexible employer, they are great for providing an employment structure and taking care of paperwork for contract project managers and other oil and gas industry project staff.

      Cons

      Pretty much have to find your own job, and then contract through Hawk if you wish. Once the client project job ends, Hawk employment is done.
