Good pay, poorly mismanaged company - Anonymous Hawaiian Telcom Employee Review

As most have said mid level management. Too many people collecting a check for doing next to nothing. The company has the arrogance of a bigger Telcom company (say Comcast or Time Warner), without the customer base or resources. How can you have the most expensive product to your market and not invest in your company to provide the best service?
