Pros
It's a very different working environment from what I'm used to. Everyone is positive, motivated & wants to help each other. There's a big emphasis on teams, competition & the people have goals & think big! They have a specific management training program and free coaching & mentoring available to anyone who is willing to learn. I've travelled all around the UK, from Edinburgh to London & even ventured outside Europe too!
Cons
It requires an open mind! It's like no other job I've had before so It can take a while to get used to. I had to be willing to work harder than the average individual, if it's a standard 9-5 or your just looking to do the minimum to get by, it's not for you. It's a competitive environment, I like it but some might not.
