Pros
CEO is absolutely great. If done properly, the job allows to improve your data and sources knowledge which is crucial if you want to have a career in economic analysis. You can learn how to use some statistical tools and excel in a proficient way. The environment is relaxed and everyone has always been kind to me (at every level). Starting salary might be low but salary increase are hefty.
Cons
Tasks can get repetitive and if you wish to do analysis you'll need to leave at some point.
