Pros
Easy to learn and handle the tasks. DBMs are friendly and willing to help you solve the problem. They also understand your academic pressure and allow adjustments accordingly.
Cons
The tasks got repetitive and boring after three months or so. Eyes got tired after a whole day in front of the computer searching among tiny numbers.
