      Pros

      - The team is extremely diverse, coming in with a depth of knowledge in their own areas. - Everyone is helpful, open and hardworking, not silo-minded at all. - A very positive working environment and everyone here has their own unique and interesting traits that makes coming to work really fun! - The team is agile and nimble and is able to switch gears and problem-solve very quickly. - Work and learn from the smartest and the best, which is a rarity right now in most workplaces. - Management is able to make tough decisions (i.e. letting go of people where it makes sense), removing distractions and keeping the team focused on the main goal.

      Cons

      - The team is very lean, and it can get very stressful at times.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Haven and would recommend it to any of my friends/prior colleagues. The biggest pro would be the other members of the team. Everyone is extremely smart, hard working and easy to get along with. Nobody has an ego and the general culture is one of collaboration and support. The work is interesting - there are hard problems to solve and lots of opportunities to learn new things / tackle new challenges. As mentioned the other people on the team are all really sharp so while the work can be challenging it always feels fulfilling. Probably the best summary would be that I enjoy going into work. I have a lot of fun working with everyone here and I am constantly learning new things. The work is challenging but in a good way.
