Terrible work culture - Anonymous employee Hausba Employee Review

- Unstructured Organization, the business and Activity is built around the MD -The staff are over worked to late in the night,some staff sleep at the office working -The staff are treated like slaves by the MD -The MD is talks to his staff in a condescending way -They pick on some of the staff not in their good book and treat them badly -The MD is the HR, the Actual HR is just a PA -They dont pay pension - They are in the habit of giving big offers on paper and end up taking peanut home -This company like to deduct staff salary , they can even suspend you for days, deduct from your salary and expect you to be at work over issues that a query will suffice
