There's zero leadership so it's great for those looking for somewhere to just make dials and collect a paycheck.

They used to be a company called Quad. Most people here have been here for 10 years plus and do absolutely no work. If you come with a book of business they will help you burn through that book of business quicker then you'd believe. They don't allow you to manage your own clients and will kill your connections with blatant screw ups. When you go to management for assistance in issues with another team, they play "pass the buck". There is zero accountability in this company and more than half the sales team is looking to quit! Don't waste your time if you want actual success and progression in your career.
