Dealing with the customers is great.

The job was to rent ocean shipping containers for on-site portable storage to construction companies and major retail companies. The owners of the company never want to invest in the company with regards to product inventory, (containers) trucks or yard equipment. Most of the locations are waiting for containers to come off rent in order to send to the next customer. The old trucks are always broke down and yard forklifts are ancient and barely running. Yet, the owners want you to make them MORE money. It's like your hands are tied behind your back. You bust your butt to get large customers on board to only lose them when they place an order and you have no product or your truck is down. And the owners act as though they have no idea why the moral is down. If you voice your frustration they fire you. The owners also appear to enjoy company turmoil and employees turning on each other and will promote the biggest of the back stabbers. The owners son is a big spoiled brat who grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth and has very poor interpersonal and management skills.
