I would not considered this company to be anything other than a digitizer. They are not innovative. Potential customers interested in optimizing their operation would be better off enlisting a contracted development team. HH is not building a sophisticated product. They are interested in sales and only sales. Once a deal is ‘inked’ the customer’s needs are immediately de-prioritized. Management is inadequate in regard to building a concise vision for the product.
