Pros
- Friendly/ hard working sub management staff
- The odd occasion when the company is left to run smoothly without some aimless change from management just to shake things up.
- Christmas bonuses
Cons
- Aimless changes that are poorly communicated, planned and executed. System updates aren’t done at this place around working hours or busy times. Nope, system changes just drop in the middle of the day stopping work just becuase someone wanted to slightly tweak some text on the system.
- Some employees are apparently ‘valuable’. Shame the pay doesn’t reflect this with many positions well below national averages.
- Little care for employees - brought people back in from work from home safety during COVID when government recommendations were to still remain on WFH just because they didn’t like seeing empty office chairs.
- Lack of employee support. Have a problem? No, you ARE the problem. Management do not address why staff have issues and would much rather log negative reports against employees on their HR website than acknowledge why staff are feeling the way they are. Complain, have a bad day etc. Well that goes against you in this place. Creates a very hostile environment.
- Poor staffing/ planning allocations. Work builds up until it’s literally overflowing out of workspaces. Only then do people get put on the task to deal with it. Supposedly improving on this but same in year on year…
