The training for new employees was also mediocre at best, leaving us feeling underprepared and overwhelmed in our roles. I would often have to seek out answers on my own, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, I would not recommend working at Hatteras Press. If you're looking for a job, you'd be better off at McDonald's, where the training is more thorough and the culture is more supportive. A lot of favoritism, very unprofessional, no knowledge to manage the department.
