Shambles - Manager Hatfields Employee Review

I have found Hatfields to be a lovely place to work, everyone is really friendly and supportive. I have learnt a lot whilst being here and everyone is happy to share their knowledge and support my development. Specifically taking the time to explain different processes from the business which helps to make me better at my job. I definitely feel that I have strong support from my manager who has shared lots of feedback and encouragement, as well as the senior team. There is a lovely team culture and good flexibility.

I haven't experienced any cons so far.

The team at Hatfields promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, which I found very motivating. There are opportunities for career development and there a success stories around the group. The senior team are open to ideas and actively look to reward and recognise employees.

Communication between departments could be improved.
