Pros

Good compensation for engineers, and interesting technical challenges.

Cons

The leadership has no idea what they're doing, there constant changes in the staff and a lot of people leaves after burnouts after dealing with a very nonsensical world-view. They also seem to have a big ego and hire people only to confirm their own views, the only way to be healthy in this environment is shutting your brain down and agree with everything your boss says (which is also a huge trap). They were actually able to build a very good team, but started adding some very abusive leadership members and measures that basically sent the whole team mental health to space, making every reasonable technical person (PM or Eng) feel incredibly bad. The leadership doesn't seem to understand (and don't seem to want to) how building a product works, and it's incredible that they were able to be successful with it for the most part.

Pros

As a recent hire, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this company. The engineering culture is strong, with a shared commitment to doing the right thing. The company's rapid growth, particularly in the AI space, has led to an influx of new talent on the engineering team, which has been a great opportunity for personal growth and learning. The upper and middle management are very supportive and seem genuinely invested in fostering a healthy work-life balance, which is a huge plus. If you're considering joining, I’d say: go for it. It's a great place to grow your career while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Cons

There's really nothing negative to say when everyone here is so positive.
