This is the best job I've ever had and I'm so lucky to be apart of the team!
Cons
The only con to this job is the amiunt of walking/ standing required for the position. My feet hurt but I'm happy. I almost never want to leave during a shift. The environment is gorgeous, calming, and positive.
Owner SEEMS to care about employees but won't get involved with his managers decisions when he should. He allows two imparticular managers to get away with all kinds of stuff and treats other employees badly and we all try to tell him and he won't listen.
