Pros
- Made some good friends and connections - decent working conditions, but very unorganized - Though you MUST be in by 9 AM, they are very relaxed about the hours you keep - Shopping for materials and inspiration is not monitored, so have fun!
Cons
- Vague directives, if any at all, and no leadership or mentoring - there are employees who have been there for many years, and they are seemingly given carte blanche to run their accounts and teams as they see fit, even if it is not logical or lucrative - rumors of uncouth behavior by senior employees - you are required to work every Saturday before market (at 9 AM), despite if you have a meeting or not, and you must stay an entire day, unless they dismiss you early - Stingy with benefits and payment, so make sure you get what you want before you start....or become a favorite of management
