Some colleagues are friendly and supportive

No exposure to new technologies or innovative projects. Even when employees suggest valuable ideas, management refuses to approve them due to unwillingness to invest. Management is open to doing things only if they come at no cost, which stifles growth and creativity. Poor people management practices create a demotivating work environment. Absolutely no job security — positions can be terminated without proper reason or notice.
