Good name in the hospitality sector and exposure.

I had heard hashoo foundation's name in the ngo sector here but the experience was poor. The head of programs used to work as a robot and had poor communication skills as well as delegation. The foundation was working without a CEO and the staff is stacked with people from a certain district and province. They all bring their unique traits with them and are untrained.

Decision making is slow and management often goes back on its own decisions. work in UK and USA is really weak
