I feel the need to post this to counter the total fake management written reviews talking about how great this place is. Sort by date and look at the obviously fake 5 star reviews coming in after bad ones. Can’t wait to see the one after this. Management has their heads in the sand and continue to talk about how great the opportunity is while cutting accounts, territories and the ability to make money. They are trying to cut costs to increase their payday at exit by starving the entire sales org except for the chosen early few Have fun renewing poorly executed deals by now-promoted managers that made huge money and took no accountability for the customer’s success You are not paid but also penalized on net new commissions for not achieving renewal goals and the company and the CEO is too cheap to pay for a proper customer success team. TAM team is all technical with no sales acumen or accountability Speaking of accountability nobody is accountable for anything here except sales, which gets constantly beat down, disrespected and told we are not doing enough and need to do more Remember being an SDR? Now you’re an SDR again only with 15 years of sales experience. Total micromanagement, silly pipeline metrics pulled from the sky, and constant fear beaten into you that accounts will be taken or you will be fired is beaten down on you daily. Marketing has haphazard shotgun approach and is staffed by people who are nowhere near the experience level to execute. Hashi is a unicorn but almost no C level IT exec will take a meeting with you. That alone proves the failure of that whole team I have never worked at a more toxic company. The sales leadership is the worst in the software industry. This is a fact. Call current and former sales reps to fact check this truth they will tell you all about it openly. The poison has spread everywhere
