Pros

My favorite thing is the leadership really caring about fostering a welcoming and friendly company culture while maintaining a steady growth at the same time. You can easily talk to anyone at any time and work/life balance is noticably important through various initiatives like flexible vacation days. As far as I know, we also haven't had any performance unrelated layoffs, which gives a great sense of job security as long as you continue doing your job well. TLDR I love working at Hashgraph!

Cons

I personally can't find any cons yet, but for anyone who might be looking for a structured clock in/clock out schedule, Hashgraph might not be the right choice. It comes with the remote startup environment + a global team, where on one hand you can enjoy flexible work hours (pick up your kids in the morning and do some extra work later in the evening), but on the other hand, you need to have strong organizational skills to know when to stop working for the day and have some rest to not burn out by accident.

Pros

Exceptional team — incredibly smart, collaborative people who genuinely assume positive intent and invest in lifting each other. Outstanding benefits package. Remote communication is done right — leadership and teams stay connected and transparent in a way that many fully remote companies struggle to pull off. Warm, supportive culture where you feel valued.

Cons

401(k) match could be more competitive for the industry.

Pros

- A lot of smart, talented people to work with - Challenging and interesting domain - High bar for quality - No toxicity in the work environment - Fully remote

Cons

- Not ideal for people who prefer or need in-person interactions—Hashgraph is fully remote, and some may find this uncomfortable - Some opportunities for growth, but don't expect rapid career advancement
