Pros
Culture and unity used to be a positive thing but thanks to “The Manager” who is extremely politically biased because of whom the entire team is gone for toss.
Cons
The manager and leads are very controlling and constantly micromanages the team. There’s also a lot of favoritism, with some employees being treated better than others. This makes it hard to feel motivated or succeed. The work environment feels unbalanced and stressful with no room for creativity or independence, also the work is not being distributed equally ensuring only favourites getting ample amount of visibility and exposure. Wouldn't recommend working here if you're looking for a fair and supportive workplace. Bringing concerns to the manager often feels as effective as banging your head against the wall
