Company is good but team culture is bad - Recruiter HashedIn by Deloitte Employee Review

There is no growth for recruiters especially promotions or good hikes. End of the day you will still get it if you are not a special person to someone. People who are working hard still works hard ending up with no rewards but if someone doesn't work or does simple work gets rewarded. Spot awards are finally stopped for recruitment because of these issues. People were patient untill so far, Now slowly people started to realise & move out of the company considering there is no growth & salary is below par on the top of it there is biasness involved in project allocation in recruitment.
