4yThanks for your detailed and honest feedback. We cannot agree on most of the points, especially the one where you have mentioned about nepotism. We have a very scientific method of assessing the employee’s performance. There are well-defined band specifications for each of the tracks and evaluation criteria. There are no chances of being subjective and tweaking the ratings.
About the performance appraisals, we agree not being perfect yet, But we definitely disagree with your statement that we are partial. It is a fair process as 360-degree feedback is taken into consideration while evaluating the performance.
