Cons
- Politics to get project. There are technical manager who are not upgrading them self, they still stick with old technology. If ask for any project they will even not reply until unless he is not knowing you or haven't done chaplusi. - No proper scal of salary. You can find there are dumb employees getting more than you. - To getting inhouse good project is based on how u close with manager not knowledge and all. For clients based project ready to face multiple interview. - HR and Finance team feel like government office. Finance rarely reply early for ur concern.
