Sorry that your experience wasn't on par with most of our employees. We realize there are occasions where someone may have a challenge working at the organisation’s pace and get aligned with organisational culture and goals. However, we work diligently to mitigate those scenarios before they get too far. Especially the scenario that you are quoting cannot be a reality as we give an option to the employees to choose their projects between the projects unlike the general allocation process followed in corporates.
