      Pros

      They spend a lot compared to other companies. Pay special attention to each and every employee. Sometimes gives away gifts to your family too and most interestingly you don't have that knowledge about the gift. Good work life balance. Nice food.

      Cons

      If you don't want to learn new things than this is not the company you should choose.
