Great place to work and grow - Project Manager HashPotato Employee Review

hashpotato is a company that gives young people a chance to create an impact in the tech world. It enables and support people in learning new things and dealing with challenging tasks. I have been working here for almost 4 years now, the environment is very safe and comfortable for female employees. The executives themselves are young and understand the employee situation easily because it's relatable for them as well. For instance, recently there was a petrol hike so company moved to a hybrid setup which made things easier for employees, something I really appreciate. Morever the payscale and benefits are pretty nice.

Every company has ups and downs, but I feel that hashpotato's co-founders always try to overcome such difficulties and come with solutions that make the process easier. Although some problems and problem-creators are often overlooked even though they cause serious damage to the team.

Excellent work environment with a supportive and friendly team. Management is approachable, and there are good opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The company promotes a positive culture that makes work enjoyable and rewarding.

The only drawback is that salary payments can occasionally be delayed, which can be inconvenient for employees
