Whole company bad management If you have been working for something hardly and doing well, but still being criticised by some management not following up well. It is because they do not know what I am doing and it is not just one person stuff, so they should criticise all the ppl involved in the work in which I am not the main responsible person. All time standby for work Impolite ppl Low salary keep bargaining with you Need you to do as much as possible but not willing to pay, not a fair company You need to be proficient in Chinese Part of Bonus pay in HSK Token (nearly worthless) Culture and working environment are bad Take it for granted that you need to work during weekend without advance notice(so better not to go out during weekend and stay at home)
