      Steady pay check for each week

      Cons

      Poor leadership and ability to keep positions filled or floaters available. Constantly having to tend to duties and job responsibilities not assigned to my pay level. Also was constant overtime and new problems created by management all the time

      Pros

      The leadership for the Operations Management team and other from the office is of higher quality than I’ve experienced at other companies. They tend to have a better vetting system to higher security staff so teams are built with higher standards. Communication is strong and being paid is not a concern.

      Cons

      Some floater guards may prove to cause issue with matching skills of guards from normal staffing.
