      They will offer incentives to retain employees

      Cons

      Tried to change everyone's schedule and assigned work areas that had been established for years. Piled on extra work. Didn't really seem to know how to handle a union shop. Benefits were great but only due to union contract.

      Get to know lots of great individuals Either employees/workers from Harvard, NOT management from the buildings you are assigned to during the contract period.

      Cons

      Worst Management in the industry, especially the regional Office @ 59 Maiden St, NYC Incompetent lady in the morning, very nasty and unprofessional
