      Management attentive to the needs of employees when there is an issue. At other companies and that does not happen, like ABM where you get the tailight training. Heres your office, dont call us we will call you!

      Cons

      Long hours, with hard work but with lots of support and encouragment. I guess this is part of the job but should be able to do the job in 8 hours

      Get to know lots of great individuals Either employees/workers from Harvard, NOT management from the buildings you are assigned to during the contract period.

      Cons

      Worst Management in the industry, especially the regional Office @ 59 Maiden St, NYC Incompetent lady in the morning, very nasty and unprofessional
