      This is a great company to work for they provided lots of training when first hired. Room for advancement. Pleasant and friendly environment

      Due to long term employees and family business not much opportunity to advance.

      The RRSP matching is decent

      Cons

      Management is full of outdated ideals touted by detached managers who don't consider the human impact. SO many racist understones.
