      Pros

      There are lot's of great things about working there, primarily just working around books with other people that love books. No uniforms, author events, discounts on books and lots of available places to eat nearby. The current owner, Jeff Meyerson, is a great guy, a book nerd, and he has managed the store well while other book stores are going under.

      Cons

      Well, the pay is low and that's about the only problem I had the entire time I worked there and there is not really room for advancement.

      Nothing to complain about - great atmosphere, good people and a wide range of well curated books

      Lots of interesting customers and staff. Really diverse crowd from all over the world.

      Cons

      Very corporate position, and employees aren't compensated that well.
