great social aspect as all the staff front of house staff and friendly and young
Cons
overworked, underpaid, disrespected, management lied and took away staff discount to save money to open up new restaurants while pretending that they are took pay cuts, watch staff cry from being so stressed and understaffed and do nothing about it, they have people working 60 hour weeks, it is highly unethical in many ways
