Most colleagues here are very friendly, and helpful! The Executive Director is very innovative, and helps make HPL an interesting and exciting place to work, along with the frontline staff. There are amazing programs, and offerings.
Cons
There is a top-down structure, and institutional racism affects the way personnel is managed, which communities get served & given information about offerings, as well as in other areas of the library..
